a) Waitlist & Contact Information

  • Email address when you join the waitlist
  • Signup source and messages you choose to send us

b) Transaction & Financial Data

  • On-chain transaction records (public blockchain data)
  • Deposit and withdrawal history, balances, and payment metadata
  • API usage records (endpoints called, timestamps, amounts settled)

c) Technical & Usage Data

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Log data: pages visited, actions taken, error reports, and session duration
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

d) Communications

  • Messages you send us via email, X/Twitter, or support channels
  • Feedback, bug reports, or feature requests you submit

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: Process deposits, withdrawals, API payments, and account management
  • Compliance & Legal Obligations: Fulfil KYC/AML requirements, screen against sanctions lists (OFAC and equivalent), and comply with Georgian law and applicable international regulations
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
  • Platform Improvement: Analyse usage patterns, diagnose bugs, and improve features

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Compliance & Screening Services: Sanctions and AML screening providers to fulfil regulatory obligations
  • Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, databases, and analytics services that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
  • Law Enforcement & Regulators: When required by law, court order, or to comply with a lawful government request (including the Georgian Financial Monitoring Service and equivalent authorities)
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections

5. Blockchain Data

Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. Any information recorded on-chain (wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps) is visible to anyone with access to the blockchain and cannot be deleted or modified by Ryvo Network or anyone else.

Be aware that publicly available blockchain data may be analyzed by third parties to de-anonymize wallet activity. Ryvo Network is not responsible for such analysis by third parties.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and gather analytics. Types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function securely (for example, request-integrity and form-submission protections)
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the platform (e.g., page views, feature usage). We use privacy-respecting analytics where possible.

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning correctly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for up to 7 years after closure for AML/KYC compliance purposes (as required by Georgian law and FATF guidelines)
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years post-transaction
  • Log data: Typically retained for 90 days, unless needed for security investigations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Regular internal security reviews (external audits pending)
  • Proof-of-Reserves transparency tools to ensure fund accountability

Ryvo Network is operated from Georgia (country). Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate legal mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers where required.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
